OC offers numerous opportunities for involvement in missions.  Whether you’re interested in short or long-term missions, sports ministry, or internships, OC is your mission headquarters.

Current Job Opening: OCI-UK Director. The purpose of position is to give effective leadership to the OC team in the UK in pursuit of goals agreed with the Board. The initial focus of the role will be administrative to ensure the correct policies, systems and procedures are in place for the future development of the organisation.

Church Short-Term Teams.  The one overriding direction within OC is to serve the Church, anywhere and by any means. One of the major goals of most churches is to involve their people in God's global heart through a variety of short-term mission projects and OC would like to help grow and mature that vision. STEP into missions with OC.  STEP trips usually last between one and two months.  They are awesome opportunities designed for you to grow while being immersed in the host country.  Each STEP team will have experienced OC missionaries who will mentor and journey with them. Be prepared to come back changed!

Long-term missions are more than one year involvement on the field.

These passionate missionaries live in diverse geographical areas where they learn the language, become saturated in the country’s culture, and apply their gifts toward equipping the church to reach the world.

OC career missionaries are involved in research, pastoral training, church planting, discipleship, and numerous other ministries including MK education and sports ministry.

Short-Term missions can be two weeks to one year in duration.

Their purpose is to provide opportunities for intensive, proactive and cross-cultural experiences. Participants will be integrated into an OC field missionary team or summer team for life-changing experiences.
